Originally from Southington, Ohio, Baylee has over 20 years of training in all styles of dance. She has won numerous Regional and National dance titles and has appeared on National Television. In 2008, she traveled to Los Angeles, California where she auditioned for Tremaine Dance Conventions apprenticeship program. She became an assistant for Tremaine for 2 years and traveled the weekends to different cities in the United States assisting master dance teachers. In 2013, Baylee auditioned and became a part of the Cleveland Cavalier Girls, an NBA dance team. During her time there, Baylee was one of six chosen to travel to China to represent the Cavaliers in the NBA games. She completed two seasons with the Cavalier Girls and was part of the 2016 National Championship team where she was responsible for choreographing a routine for one of the NBA finals games. Baylee completed a year-long contract at Legends In Concert Myrtle Beach as a dancer in the live shows where she met husband, Tyler and they now share a daughter, Tulsa Rhae. Baylee finished her professional career performing in the live shows at The Carolina Opry Theater in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Baylee mentors students that are auditioning for collegiate and professional dance teams.

She also competed with her high school’s dance team in the UDA circuit. Additionally, she was a part of the Liberty Bowl and Orange Bowl halftime performances in 2017 and 2018. She moved to South Carolina in 2017 to attend Coastal Carolina University. While in college, she joined the Chanticleer Girls Dance Team. After graduation, Claire has continued to be involved with the CCU Dance team as the assistant coach. Dance is where she finds her joy and teaching is her passion.

Hailey is a true local to the Myrtle Beach area. She started dancing at Marla’s School of Dance when she was three and continued dancing until she was 18 years old. During her time, she was on the competitive team and helped out as a teacher’s assistant. Outside of the studio, she was also a member of her high school’s dance team. In 2016

In 2016, she was one of four from her team to be awarded and recognized as an ‘All-American’ dancer at UDA Camp. One year after graduating from high school, she began teaching dance. Dance has always been a creative outlet for her, and helping students reach new levels and grow has always been a passion of hers. Whether she’s choreographing talent routines for pageants, competitive pieces, or recreational classes, she always motivates her students to be the best that they can be.

Stacey Willett George is a dance instructor, a choreographer and a former dance studio owner with over 29 years of teaching experience. Her passion is and always has been working with children. 29 years ago, Power Explosion Studio of Dance opened its doors for the first time under the direction of Stacey Willett George. Stacey was a young, inspiring teacher who wanted to follow her dreams and teach children to perform. Over the course of 24 excellent years at Power Explosion. Stacey was the voice, force and mind of the Studio! In 2019 Stacey sold her studio to Shaina Warring, who has been a student of Power Explosion and of Stacey's since she opened her doors. Power Explosion and Stacey have been training dancers for almost 30 years in the Southern Maryland area and have nurtured hundreds of young dancers since opening! Stacey is an award winning choreographer. She began her dance training at the young age of three and quickly transitioned to competitive dance at the age of five. A Maryland native, Stacey trained in a variety of genres; tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, contemporary and more. Stacey started as an assistant teacher then quickly switched roles to a main instructor at Linda Natoli School of Dance where she taught company choreography as well as many recreational classes. Stacey aspires to share her love of dance with others and her skills and knowledge with children. In addition Stacey channels her passion for working with children and creativity in her new business Popfetti Princess Parties!

Rachel was born in Upstate New York and has been dancing since she was 3 years old. She trained at Tawn Marie’s Dance Centre where she had the opportunity to attend many competitions and conventions, and work with well known choreographers. When she graduated high school she chose to continue her dance education at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Here she obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Dance under the direction of deans Susan Jaffe and Endalyn Taylor. While training at UNCSA her performance highlights include works by Robert Battle, Igal Perry, Shen Wei, Juel Lane and many others. She is now excited to be performing with the Carolina Opry Theater, and getting back to teaching and connecting with students!

Brittny was born and raised as well as found her love for performing as well as teaching dance in her hometown of Bay City, MI. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in dance from Western Michigan University (WMU) in June of 2014; Where she received a Student Global Initiative to China and Taiwan, she performed, co-taught and learned traditional Chinese dances. Brittny has had the opportunity to perform works with many different guest artists while at WMU including Eddy Ocampo, Lauren Edson, Nelly vanBommel, KT Nelson, Gabrielle Lamb and Peter Chu. In addition, she performed in Washington DC at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts where she performed Lauren Edson's work Foreground for the National College Dance Festival. She has also competed in Las Vegas with the top 100 for So You Think You Can Dance?, Season 10. Since relocating to Conway, South Carolina in 2019 Brittny has performed for many family fun shows in Myrtle Beach with a local entertainment company, has been trained in Barre Method Fitness classes and was a performance elite winner for the dance division at the Discovery Spotlight Expo. Brittny has performed as the featured soloist in Stravinsky's The History of a Soldier with the Long Bay Symphony in Myrtle Beach in 2021. Most recently Brittny is excited and grateful to start her journey with the Carolina Opry this Christmas season!
